Job Responsibilities :

Experience : 6-9 years

- Should understand transfer pricing and how to setup this across multiple Countries. Should have Managed business in many countries.

- Manage investor and board requirements for all financials.

- Manage consolidation of Accounts. Should have an understanding of accounting across multiple countries and be able to handle everything related to accounts.

- Oversee accounting compliance in India, UK and SE Asia, eg TDS, Service Tax etc.

- Manage budgets and cash flow forecasting.

- Oversee accounts payable and account receivables with Annuity.

- Must be a CA and have worked with reputed companies.

- Should be highly presentable, well spoken, good communications.
