Job Description:

Position : Financial Controller :: Business Finance

Experience : 8-10 years

Location : Gurgaon

Education : CA(1st attempt or 2nd Attempt)

Any ERP Implementation Experience

Key Responsibilities :

- As an Associate Finance Controller at Indepay, you will be responsible for financial & business strategy planning, business modeling, capital restructuring, fund management, financial policies, team leading, financial reporting, finalization of balance sheet for the company, surfacing opportunities to reduce cost and design new processes to help Indepay achieve the performance based goals.

- Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements

- Overview on overall receivables including payroll management throughout organization using captive resources as well as outsourced partners

- Reconciliation and settlement of various partners, vendors, ecosystem entities etc. as per policies

- Development, negotiation and monitoring of marketplace partners of Indepay

- Receivables follow-up and realization

- Cost analysis of business vertical to ensure optimal cost structure and Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure, managing budgets

- Business Case analysis

- Responsible for treasury function, revenue recognition, P&L mapping and cost estimation

- Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning

- Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance

Key skills :

- Proficient in project management skills

- Expert in budgeting exercise, budgeted financial statements, cost control &management

- Proficient in MS Office suite of products

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, drive change, and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and organizations

- Superior analytical skills that include the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues

- Strong communication skills both spoken and written are a must

- Excellent business acumen, problem solving ability, and tech savvy

- Should be self - motivated, innovative, result oriented, and a strong bias for action is mandatory
