Financial Controller - CA - BFSI

Job Description:

CA with 10-12 years of experience. US GAAP and IFRS is a must.

Exp in an IT company OR Exp. auditing an IT company

Experience in big 4 audit firms for 4+ years

Lead accounting and finance operations.

Oversee preparation & finalization of financial statement.

Closing of books, financials reports (balance sheets, income and cash flow statements.

Closely work with India auditors and tax consultants on filing of India income tax returns, service taxes & transfer pricing compliances.

Design and implementation of accounting policies and procedures and internal controls.

Review and process all commission plans and payouts.
