Candidate Profile:  - Excellent Communication Skill, Must be CA, Experience in management and Accounting  Job Profile:  - Coordinate with operations team to ensure all transactions fully documented and execution managed in line with contracted terms  - Involvement in the structuring of transactions to ensure the local accounting, tax and other fiduciary or regulatory concerns are raised and evaluated prior to entering transaction  - Ensure India related business exposures are identified, monitored and reported  - Ensure development of adequate internal controls to support the developing business, coordination of documentation and review with Head Office  - Ensure compliance of local team/office with globally mandated policies & procedures and risk management framework  - Ensure sufficiency of and segregation in controls regarding cash or electronic payments  - Ensure all assets and liabilities relating to India related businesses are fully supported and reconciled to underlying documents  - Review of current workflows and business processes, identification of risks and escalation of any control concerns  Ensure:  i) trade related activity   ii) consulting/administrative activities are accounted for on timely basis  - Manage, oversee and develop accounting team (whether internal or external) and process to ensure timely, complete and accurate monthly management reports for XTIPL  - Ensure compliance of XTIPL with all accounting, audit, tax (corporate, TDS, etc ), regulatory, company secretarial and compliance obligations, filings, payments and related actions  - Coordination with and management of external service providers for accounting, tax, company secretarial and related services as may be required to support XTIPL  - Management of XTIPL overheads - supplier management and related payment processing  - Periodic additional reporting to Head Office as may be required  Interested candidates may contact at 01142267455.
