Financial Control & Administration - CA - Private Equity (7-12 yrs)
Job Description: Reporting to the Finance Controller, the key responsibilities include:
- Fund accounting & administration - Fund accounting, fund administration, for domestic and international fund.
- IRR, valuation, NAV computation
- Tax treatment
- Compliance
- Regulatory filings
- Portfolio company accounting review
- Internal audit
- Statutory filing review
- Interacting with external auditors as well as the internal audit team for resolution of issues and inefficiencies in audits.
- Working closely with the portfolio finance teams to design and implement standardized MIS dashboards and templates.
- Variance analysis for budgets and root cause analysis for the same. Identifying appropriate remedial actions for gaps identified.
Requirements:
- Ranker CA
- Preferably Private Equity Finance team background
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders
