Key Responsibilities for Consultant:-
- Execution lead for specific mandates in commercial banking with focus on quality and timelines
- Build financial and valuation models for commercial banks
- Prepare feasibility studies, business plans, information memorandum and other documents
- Performance analysis of commercial banks including department level profitability analysis, cost benefit analysis
- Manage and provide feedback to project teams in terms of aspiration management, training identification and development initiatives
Key Responsibilities for Senior Consultant:-
- Support the organization’s Business Development efforts by taking on responsibility of a specific geography/(ies)
- Manage client relationships with the objective of securing business
- Be responsible for preparing pre-sales pitches, approach paper and proposals
- Demonstrate project management and execution capability for financial advisory mandates
- Understand client businesses and conduct strategic and business analysis
- Review complex financial models/ business valuations to ensure the deliverable is as per client requirements
- Team building, aspirations management and development initiatives.
Desired Candidate profile for Consultant:-
Background:-
Experience at a premier investment bank, rating agency, consulting firm wherein working primarily on commercial banking mandates, experience in corporate planning and strategy group of a leading commercial bank or experienced banking sector analyst of a large research house.
Desired Attributes:-
- Clear financial and quantitative concepts
- Clear logical and analytical abilities
- Open to travel overseas for client meetings and business trips
- Ability to stretch and work under pressure situations
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Desired Candidate profile for Senior Consultant:-
Background:-
The role would be a mix of business development and execution responsibility with significant overseas travel both for developing relationships and client meetings

Qualifications:-
