Financial Analyst - KPO (2-5 yrs)
Job opportunity based out of Gurgaon.
Designation: Financial Analyst
Job Description:
- Manage the annual Budgeting exercise for the entire organization
- Be responsible for regular Activity Based Costing of various key activities that drive the business
- Work closely with the CEO to build frameworks for controlling costs across the organization
- Monthly / Quarterly Budget vs Actual Variance Analysis
- All internal as well as Board Financial Reporting decks
- Work closely with Sales and Client Servicing to build a quarterly / monthly forecast for the business
- Conducting feasibility assessments on major projects / process changes to assist the business in taking the right decisions
Prior Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of Experience in a similar role
- Should have worked in a company that is in the services industry though candidates with good similar experience in manufacturing sector can also be considered
- Ideal candidate should not have had at least 2-3 years of experience in every organization he has worked in.
Key Skills:
- Attention to Detail and ability to comprehend quickly
- Proven ability of managing complex MS-Excel sheets / models
- Proven interest in learning / comprehending and implementing industry trends in his/her current area of business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent MS-Excel skills
- Willing to work in a high pressure target-oriented setup
- Willing to work in a cross-functional team environment
