Financial Analyst - IT (7-10 yrs)
Currently we have an opening with a US based product company in Bangalore.
- Looking for candidates with 7 + years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Qualification : CA or MBA (IIMs), CPA, MBA-US only.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Accountable for planning, forecasting and creation of budgets under direction of business. Sharing BvA with right commentary and explaining the reasons of deviations. Driving appropriate measures in the business to control the drivers.
- Work closely with accounting teams to ensure that financial statements for business reflect the true top line and bottom line
- Provide deep analysis and reporting per agreement. Identify and provide reporting and support on key business opportunity/challenges foreseen.
- Identify, drive and build capabilities in the team around tools and applications that facilitate decision making. For example financial modeling.
- Understanding business needs and identify projects and complete that support business meeting those needs.
Key qualifications:
- CA/CPA with at least 7 years of post qualification experience.
- Experience in working with US MNCs.
- Excellent understanding of accounting and FP&A concepts.
Key skills:
- Excellent communications in both forms including preparing and delivering presentations.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Extremely technology savvy. Potential to imagine and develop product on his own.
