We are looking for Financial Accountants for one of our esteemed clients, which is a Global IT Infrastructure Product development company, based in Texas, US.

Role : FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (ICAI)

Experience : 3 to 5 yrs (post qualification experience).

Job Location: CHENNAI.

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Management accounts of assigned entities

- Inter-company reconciliations between assigned entities and other related entities in the group

- Maintain all modules for assigned entities i.e. Fixed Assets, Cash etc

- Perform other fixed asset duties such as a physical inventory of fixed assets.

- Assist in maintenance of documentation of policies, procedures and controls.

- Prepare month-end, quarter-end and year-end journals entries and schedules.

- Assist with the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close including responsibility for successful close of assigned entities.

- Prepare schedules for quarterly reviews and annual audit.

- Prepare and maintain account reconciliations.

- Assist with monthly analytics for month end review by management.

- Prepare ad-hoc management reports.

- Prepare schedules for quarterly reviews and annual audit.

- Prepare and maintain account reconciliations.

- Prepare internal and external reporting schedules.

- Preparation of Cash flow/forecast reports

- Review of bank payments

- Statutory accounts and returns (ROC filings, Tax Filings, Payroll Filings)

- Experience of US GAAP a benefit.
