We are looking for crazy, talented, out-of-the-box chaps...Are you one of them?  MARKETING & OPERATIONS MANAGERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES: (5 OPENINGS)  - Manage 10-15 Field Executives/Wealth Advisors  - Train & Guide Field Executives/Wealth Advisors to deliver results  - Educate retailers and their staff about Sanchayan and financial products  - Lead customer education and marketing efforts leading to customer enrolment  - Guide customers to support team in office  - Stay updated about financial inclusion and services  - Report to COO (Operations Head)  ELIGIBILITY:  - Apply only if you have minimum 3 years field experience and are willing to work in the field for minimum 75% out of 5 working days in a week.   - We don’t offer pure office jobs. Minimum 50% field work is required from everyone including CEO of Sanchayan   - Minimum 3 years relevant experience for this job position (microfinance, financial inclusion, money transfer, insurance, marketing, sales backgrounds)  - Hindi and English language skills must  - Smart in interacting with people (high level of interaction with retailers, customers & team members)  - Travel across Delhi/NCR slums (travel outside Delhi/NCR not required right now)  - Female candidates would be given preference  JOB LOCATION:  - Interested candidates may note that working location would be anywhere across Delhi. Head Office is in 141, Basement, Kailash Hills, East of Kailash, New Delhi 110065   - Office timings would be 10:00 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday (some Saturdays may be working for compulsory activities like team building, trainings, offsites, games, recreations and a little work also if required :)  OTHER DETAILS:  - Probation for 3 month period.   - Induction and on-the-job training would be provided on joining.   - Awesome Salary + Annual Bonus + Incentive per Extra Customer above target  - Candidates are strictly advised not to call anyone from Sanchayan or else they are liable to get rejected
