FinanceBaazar.com - Chief Operating Officer (5-10 yrs)
FinanceBaazar is an exciting new startup providing financial planning and financial services for the poor. FinanceBaazar is an offline and online platform for urban poor and low-income customers to plan, save, grow and build their financial assets through financial tools like insurance, banking, savings, investments, loans and other products.
The difference between FinanceBaazar and other financial companies is that our company cares for the low-income and urban poor segment by protecting them from frauds, chit funds, ponzi schemes so that they can save their hard money and use it to purchase homes, assets, insurance, health cover and other assets for their families. COO Responsibilities:
- Involved in Strategy and analysis
- Manage operations team in the field
- Manage FinanceBaazar distribution network of outlets
- Ensure marketing camps and customer enrollment
- Meet business targets
- Use softwares and technology wherever required
- Report to CEO
Eligibility:
- Minimum 5 years- relevant experience
- Exceptional candidates only
- We don- t offer pure office jobs. Minimum 50% field work is required from everyone including CEO of FinanceBaazar.
- Educational Qualifications should match job applied for
- Hindi and English language skills must
- Smart in interacting with people (high level of interaction with retailers, customers & team members)
- Travel across Delhi/NCR slums (travel outside Delhi/NCR not required right now)
Other Details:
- Probation for 3 month period.
- Induction and on-the-job training would be provided on joining.
- Remuneration would be highly competitive as per financial industry standards
- Office timings would be 9:30 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays would be off)
