Finance Transformation opening with one of the Big 4's

a) preferably with a big 4 or equivalent consulting organization, experience in providing advisory services in the following Finance focus areas: Financial Close, Consolidations, general ERP technology implementation in the Finance function

b) alternately he/she should have relevant Finance experience as Corporate Controller, Finance Director, Chief Accountant, etc. of large Indian or global enterprises.

- a degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; MBA preferred

- engagement leadership experience including: managing staff, providing regular status updates, and monitoring project economics

- characteristics of a forward thinker and self motivator that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge

- Be an advisor to the CFO and his finance community of large Indian enterprises and inbound Multi Nationals

- an ability to manage a team of junior consulting professionals

- strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- a willingness to travel to meet client needs; willingness and ability to travel internationally
