Senior Executive Finance Processes, Risks & Controls

Role Focus Areas:

- Finance Processes – design, review & drive automation changes

- Finance Processes Risks - identify risks and determine IT based controls & mitigation plans

- Finance Process IT based controls – design, review & test. Monitor mitigation plans

For CA – around 5 years exp.

- Candidate should be well versed functionally in SAP or Oracle ERP environment in at least one Finance related Module

- Should be keen to work in systems analysis and to drive process & functional enhancements and change management

- Should be able to review controls, analyse exceptions and determine risks in IT based financial processes

- Should be able to map standard Control frameworks & Risk frameworks to financial processes

- Should have presentation skills and be able to articulate views with conviction

- Should have leadership capabilities and be able to navigate the team and negotiate with other organization units in process change management

- Will be reporting to the Senior Manager - Finance and will be based out of Bangalore
