Finance Manager - Receivables - CA - BFSI (1-7 yrs)

Position - Manager Finance-Receivables.

Should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Job Location - Chennai

(1-5 years post qualification experience)

Responsible for Revenue /Receivables.

Responsible for month end closure for revenue, invoicing.

Responsible for identifying risks / control lapses in process to ensure no revenue leakage.

Responsible for ensuring credit note requests are processed & accounted & backed up with reasons & requisite approvals.

Accounting and reconciliation of receivables against the Invoice & payments received.

Knowledge of TDS/Service Tax to ensure compliance.

Working Knowledge in Tally Accounting system.

Responsible for 26AS reconciliation of revenue & TDS.

Interfacing & Co-ordination with internal stake holders to ensure on time revenue MIS & book closure.

Co-ordination with FPA unit to reconcile the revenue as per books & as per MIS & ensure gaps are being addressed.

Requirements:

- Should have relevant experience post qualification for Financial Analyst / AM.

- Good Communication Skills.

- Strong in accounting concepts and applicability of accounting standards.

- Should be able to take initiatives in automation.

- Self-motivated.

- Able to manage team (insourced and outsourced).

- Should be able to influence to implement processes and procedures for better accounting and control.

- Should be passionate, diligent about working in start ups.
