Position - Lead-Finance Manager,

Location- Bangalore

Qualification: CA, with atleast 4-5 years post qualification experience. Or MBA from tier 1 institute only

Experience : 4 to 5 years in related (Real estate/Architectue/Design/Infrastructure) industry would be added advantage.

CTC : Upto 10-12 lacs

Job Profile

1.Preparation of Financials & Cashflow on a Monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis

2.Analysis & verification of operational expenses

3.Application of various laws & Accounting standards on day to day activities

4.Monitor & coordinate Statutory Audit

5.Handling complete accounts & finance functions,

6.Banking related activities,

7.Handling internal & statutory auditors,

8.Managing all activities relating to Income Tax, VAT, Service tax etc.

9.Implement internal control procedures

10.Company secretarial work

11.Developing various MIS covering projects & procurement

- Proven ability to manage the budget and forecasting process with an emphasis on profitability required

- Attention to Detail

- Strong with numbers

- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with financial analyses
