About our Client - Our Client is a Private Equity Fund with regional offices in APAC as it has investments and joint ventures across the region such as Australia, Japan, Philippines and SEA.

Job Description :

- Lead the preparation, support and review of financial statements and footnotes for quarterly and annual SEC filings.

- Experience in preparation of Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K or 20-F, 6-K is required.

- Review financial press releases and materials related to the earnings release conference call to ensure accuracy of information.

- Assist with preparation of filings with XBRL.

- Assist with the preparation of financial press releases.

- Detailed review of filing reports and XBRL processes to ensure accuracy of public filings.

- Work closely with the external auditors for coordinating audits and review.

- Provides support on special projects, such as stand-alone facility financial statements.

- Review new accounting technical guidance (SEC and IFRS) for applicability to filings and recommend implementation plan with documented memos.

- Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audit with external auditors.

- Complete ad hoc projects as required, including goodwill and intangible impairment testing, as well as purchase price allocations for new acquisitions.

The Successful Candidate :

- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting required.

- 5 or more years of overall accounting/financial reporting experience;

- Big 4 or equivalent SEC Reporting experience a plus.

- CPA (preferred)

- Working knowledge of financial accounting standards including IFRS pronouncements and XBRL.

- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

- Team player with strong analytical, project management, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills - Detailed and results oriented - Ability to handle multiple tasks/situations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
