About our Client:

Our client is a leading private equity firm providing growth stage capital to companies in diverse sectors in India. With a strong foothold of over a decade in India, they are looking to add a Finance Manager for their Finance Controllership function based out of their Delhi NCR office.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Finance Controller, your key responsibilities include:

- Fund accounting & administration - accounting of the entities in the Fund structure as per US GAAP / IFRS, investor reporting, capital calls, IRR and other metrics calculations.

- Review of statutory accounts for Group entities in accordance with the local GAAPs and interacting with external auditors (Big 4's) as well as the internal audit team for resolution of issues and inefficiencies in audits.

- Working closely with the portfolio finance teams to design and implement standardized MIS dashboards and templates.

- Variance analysis for budgets and root cause analysis for the same. Identifying appropriate remedial actions for gaps identified.

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be a CA with at least 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Controllership, with in-depth knowledge of US GAAP, preferably in the Fund Management domain or experience working in a subsidiary / holding entity set-up.

- The incumbent needs to be hands-on with an ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (auditors, consultants and portfolio companies). The ability to work autonomously is imperative for your success in this role.
