- Consolidation of Factory Booklets  - Consolidation of Conversion Cost Reports  - Consolidation and analysis of Form AC 20a (global manufacturing report used for global P&L and manufacturing productivity)  - Participate in Conversion calls with each Plant with Plant Managers / Controllers  - Vet projects and understand issues related to manufacturing (property, plant and equipment)  - Review forecast for risk & opportunities before publishing forecast  Validation of Plant forecasts:  - Validate run-rates, cost per unit changes vs PY, FC, AP, ensure one-time items and new trends accurately incorporated into forecast   - Identify impact of new forecast on North American productivity and Global Productivity and the impact of volume and mix at a plant level; what-if scenarios for CFO, Operations Leadership  - Manage and develop analysis and commentary files to review with Operations team  - Consolidate commentary and communicate results in a succinct way so the business can develop action plans, with an emphasis on productivity (without volume and mix impacts included)  - Develop slides for Leadership meetings or ad hoc review sessions with Operations Leadership Communicate the impact of factory costs on the P&L and what-if analysis Quarterly Forecasts to Stockholm  - Review full year forecast changes vs PY, FC, AP to ensure hitting productivity targets  - Provide Current Month, Current Quarter, Full Year and ad hoc variance, key driver and Productivity analyses  - Provide Accounting the Conversion piece of the External Quarterly Bridges for Stockholm  Month-End:  - Responsible for providing direction and approvals for Plant Controlling and Accounting Teams related to Conversion (direct labor & benefits, variable overhead, fixed overhead, tooling and development) month-end roll-up issues, questions related to booking entries and communicating preliminary and actual results and commentary to Accounting and Operations leadership  - Maintain, improve and analyze Closing files for Operations Finance, provide variance analysis to the business and CEO   - Consolidation of Factory Booklets  - Consolidation of Consolidate Cost Reports  - Consolidation and analysis of Form AC 20a (global manufacturing report used for global P&L and manufacturing productivity)  - Provide adhoc analysis for Global Controller and Global Manufacturing Organization  - Provide results and analysis for Global Business Process Deployment Meetings  - Provide results and analysis for Global KPIs related to lean manufacturing  - Provide EBIT Bridge and conversion commentary YOY and YOY YTD variance and trending analysis for Global FP&A and Top Management  Weekly / Ad Hoc:  - Constantly assess and improve Operation Finance and plant processes (continuous improvement)  - Schedule and manage cycle counts and YE inventory counts across 8 plants; understand, forecast and communicate results, best practices and issues to Operations Leadership  - Run weekly Controllers call and address forecast, close, ad hoc requests, standards rolls, staffing issues  - Ad hoc analysis as requested by Finance and Operations Leadership  - Process Operations invoices (safety, CBRE invoices)  - Conduct balance sheet review of plant balance sheet accounts  - Lead and interface with Master data team, Corporate Accounting, Treasury and Risk and various projects, Plant Accounting and Insurance issues.  Srishti Tandon
