Responsibilities :  - Be responsible for plan and direct the financial accounting activities.  - Supervise the China's Finance team to perform daily accounting functions.  - Improve the workflow and procedures by identifying areas of improvement.  - Plan, monitor and implement internal control process.  - Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast.  - Perform management reporting and various ad-hoc analyses.  - Supervise and participate in the preparation of various financial statements and reports.  - Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements  - Direct and participate in cost analyses and product price studies.   - Coordinate preparation of Internal and external audit materials and review of accounting and administrative controls.  - Coordinate company's asset stock take and audit   - Direct the control and follow up of accounts receivables, operating expenses and insurance records.  Requirements :  - CA  - Commercial background  - At least 5- 10 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing unit ( Minimum 3 years in China) product costing and sales environment with at least 2 years of which should be in a supervisory/ managerial capacity.  - High levels of enthusiasm, motivation and meticulous, well organized and analytical with positive working attitude  - Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft office.  - Well versed in Chinese and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is MANDATORY.  - Strong leadership quality to demonstrate sense of belonging, passion and optimism.
