Finance Manager - FP&A for Product company into Automotive domain  Key responsibility Areas :   - Responsible for the annual planning, forecasting and reporting of annual spend  - Preparing Management Reports  - Management framework .  - Monthly summary & detailed Dashboard.  - Detailed Shared Services dashboard.  - Income summary  - Billing Summary & Revenue opportunities lost report  - Manage and deliver monthly forecast to India   - Lead monthly review meetings with India leadership & corporate team, providing analysis of actual financial performance as it compares to prior month/plan/forecast  - Pro actively identify business risk, Opportunities & innovative solutions  - Responsible to follow the financial policies & procedures and ensure process deliveries in time.  - Coordinate with other Shared Services department & provide financial insights for cost optimization and cost control.  Education Qualification :   - CA / CWA or equivalent, 5+ years of experience in Accounting Field in a Shared Services Organization  - Strong People management skills  - Excellent Communication skills (verbal & written)  - Good understanding of GAAP and Accounting processes  - Flexibility to work shifts & exposure to Global Customers
