Finance Manager - CS - Manufacturing

We have a urgent position with one of the leading manufacturing company in Faridabad.

Role: Finance Manager

Deliverables

- Establish master list of all corporate legal compliances specific to company secretarial regulations including FEMA and RBI regulations with timelines and other pre-requisites.

- Draw work-flow and affix intra and inter-departmental responsibilities to the persons concerned

- Ensure compliances of all such regulatory matters including that in respect of conducting board meetings, Annual General Meetings, Extra Ordinary General meetings, and Audited Financial statements

- Support GM - Finance in timely preparation of Budgets and Forecasts for group reporting

- Prepare detailed Monthly / quarterly / yearly cost budgets / rolling forecasts

- Analyse actual costs and profitability and monitor costs in backdrop of detailed cost budgets.

- Product costing and product pricing

Qualification: Company Secretary

Age: should not be more than 30 years

Reporting to GM Finance

Salary offered: 6 - 8 LPA
