Our client is a Fortune 500 organization and the location falls in Mumbai, however it is 40-45 KM away from City,

Candidates can apply from anywhere in India. We are not restricted to Only Mumbai or Maharashtra based candidates.

We are looking for - Qualified CA ONLY - "CA Inter" or "ICWAI" "Cost Accountant" shouldn't apply as client is ONLY looking for CA.

Batch Year - 2004 to 2009 (If someone has very good track record and have been in Plant / Factory since the beginning of his career then 2010 batch pass out can also apply).

We are looking for young people, age - 27 Yrs to 35 Yrs (Max)

CTC - Salary is open for a good candidate.

Candidates those have are working in Manufacturing Site, Plant or Factory can apply and also those who have worked in past in Factory / Plant and now working in "Branch / Sales / Commercial Accounting" OR in Head Office / Corporate Office can also apply.

The minimum Criteria is 2 Yrs Plant experience.

Reporting - Head Finance in Corporate Office

Job Profile-

This is a No 1 position for the Plant for Finance & Accounts Deptt.

Starts from handling the Unit Independently from - Accounts & Finance- prospective.

Monthly/quarterly Accounts closing, preparation of MIS & Cost sheet, implementation and compliance with Accounting Standards, Budget Preparation, Monitoring and release, Variance analysis etc.

Finalization of Accounts / Balance Sheet.

Preparation of Plant Budget on yearly bases.

Costing is 40% in this profile.

Preparation of Product costing on monthly basis.

Controlling Product Cost by monitoring weekly & monthly component cost of Product.

Preparing Monthly & Quarterly Wastage working & analysis of RM/PM consumption against standard norms.

Driving cost control at the plant for Production, Supply Chain and various other areas with regular reporting and Dash boards.

Responsible for Internal and statutory and cost audit of Plant.

Settings up strong Internal Control to ensure internal process adhere to Internal Audit.

Handling Statuary Audit for the plant.

Responsible for Monthly financial closing of books related to Plant and reporting manufacturing variance.

Timely analysis, Variance analysis vs. budget with respect to Plant expense, Supply Chain expenses, material expense of various reports.

Preparation of Various report related to Controlling for Management Reporting.

Preparation of Quarterly, Half Yearly forecast for comparison with Annual Budget and Actual.

Preparation of Various report related to Controlling for Management Reporting.

Responsible for Monthly financial closing of books related to Plant and reporting manufacturing variance

Hands on working experience of VAT, Compliance and Excise laws.
