Finance Manager - CA - IT

Responsibilities:

- Engagement with multiple stakeholders – both internal and external like banks , auditors and other functional teams of the company and ensure timely delivery of reports and other initiatives from finance desk.

- Effective management of funds of the company by constantly engaging with banks for innovative products and plan for optimum return on the Company’s investments

- Drive key initiatives of the company and help identify financial risks to the management

- Management and coordination of the finance and accounts team on all their day to day operations.

- Responsible for adherence to tax and compliance calendar for all group companies

- Review of GL with a special focus of budget variance, project financial reporting, India and US GAAP reporting.

Experience Required:

- CA (1st Attempt) ONLY

- 6-8 Years of post qualification experience

- Prior experience in IT/ Services company with multi-national presence.
