Finance Manager - CA - Infrastructure

Age: 35-45 years old

Degree Holder ( Higher Certification, i.e, CPA or Chartered Accountant)

Business Values and overall Goals are clearly articulated to and inculcated into the everyday activities of the Finance and Accounting Department.

Directly responsible for the department staff's utilization and strict adherence of all associated Operating Procedures (in accordance with the Company's Quality Management Plan).

Responsible for Finance and Accounting Department Staff attaining the continual improvement of departmental efficiency (and for providing the KPI's which demonstrates continual improvement).

Responsible for providing the financial controls and checks necessary to manage the Company's monetary movements in respect to providing funds for purchasing, service remuneration, capital expenditure, salaries, rentals, operating costs, bonds and security provisions.

Responsible for determining and formulating (with RGM approval) the exchange rate hedging policies to maximize the financial returns to the designated S-P Head Office Accounts.

Ultimately responsible for implementing (and up-dating) all necessary computerized financial accountancy software and associated audit checks.

Responsible for providing, as per RGM request, all necessary Bank Guarantees, Letters of Credit and Securities and for maintaining their validity.

Responsible for the control of company bank balances as acting signatory to accounts.

Co-ordinate with the appointed party to conduct financial audits on timely basis.

Supervises the preparation of the company employee payroll (as advised by the HR Department) & payment of Salaries on time.

Responsible, in association with the RGM, HR Head and the PMV Head, for maintaining all necessary insurance policies associated with Work activities and operation of the Regional Office and Plant Yard.

Responsible for preparing and maintaining the Company's Fixed Asset Register and for identifying the replacement value/depreciation of individual and organise periodical physical verification.

Ultimately responsible for the provision of a monthly cash flow report documenting the availability of overall Company funds in respect to total anticipated outward expenditure and total inward funds receipt

Have Extensive experience in Running a Group of Companies, Running Banking Resource Management,

New Project Financial Assessment. ERP Systems, Multi-Industry & Trading background is a must

International experience would be a plus outside India
