Finance Manager - CA - FMCG (5-12 yrs)

Role Summary

The role will be responsible for handling Commercial/finance Function at a National Level for our FMCG Business.

Commercial

Managing commercial activities for the business across all distribution channels for the vertical i.e. General Trade, Modern Trade,CSD, Retail Trade, B2B and E-Commerce

- Responsible for managing Debtors Overdue management, Creditors and Claims

- Pricing, Distribution, Discount and other Schemes Management across all channels

- Continuous monitoring of internal controls related to activities in Invoicing, inventory and Schemes/claims

Warehousing

Warehouse Management

Delivery of material as per sales invoice as per SOP

Stock taking and reconciliation

Logistics management in conjunction with Supply Chain

Management Reporting

Ensuring timely and accurate MIS and other management reporting

Process Implementation

Designing policies & SOP's for smooth operations

Lead any technology process improvements for the commercial function

Ideal Candidate

1. CA

2. Experience range of 5 to 6 years in commercial with any fmcg organization of repute

3. Ideal candidate should have worked at Zonal level/corporate level for at least 2 years managing commercial for a multiproduct / multi category / multibrand organization in a multi-channel at a national level, experience of manufacturing will be added advantage.

4. Working experience in ERP environment is desirable

5. Desirable to have experience in TOC Supply Chain environment

6. Sound knowledge of commercial, sales and sales administration processes in a cutting edge technology environment

7. Strong domain experience in consumer / retail / brand / product in all channels of General Trade, Retail, Modern Trade, CSD, Institutions, etc.

8. Good people management skills

9. Ability to manage and lead a team

10. Ability to be self-driven, offer solutions and lead by example

11. Good team player with strong interpersonal skills

13. Ability to manage multiple internal stake holders

14. Sound understanding of Indirect Taxes

Reporting Structure

The position will report to the CFO functionally and will be aligned to Vertical Head.
