Job Description : - Managing the finance & Accounting of the company with special focus on efficiency and effectiveness of Internal Controls. - Co-ordination with Tax Auditors and Tax Consultants. - Ensuring Accurate and timely Accounting by the team, verification of financial transactions and related reconciliations - Ensuring timely payment of statutory dues and filing relevant returns, dealing with external and internal stake holders for processing the transactions - Verification of all the transaction (bank /cash /journal vouchers) and Bank Reconciliations, vendor reconciliations etc - Maintain various income, expense, asset and liability related schedules, finalization of accounts - Ensuring timely information and MIS for all external and internal stakeholders The Successful Candidate Should Be: - A CA with 3-6 years of experience with hands on experience in managing company finances. - Experience in evaluating and implementing sound Financial & Management Reporting Systems. - Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting. - Collaborative and flexible working style. - Hands-on manager with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. - Experience of handling end to end finance at a BANK / NBFC / Financial Institution is an added advantage.
