Finance Manager - CA - Consulting & Startup (5-8 yrs)
Location: Bangalore
Growth360 is a leading Executive search firm and we have been retained by a client to find a Finance Manager for them to be based in Bangalore. This is a very interesting opportunity to come and take charge and grow with an organization on a high growth trajectory.
The role will include complete ownership of controllership reporting to the CFO. The role will include the following:
- Month end, Quarter end and year end closing and reporting
- Balance Sheet consolidation and finalisation on bi-annual basis
- Cash flow forecasting and working capital management
- Tax compliances - Direct and Indirect. Income tax & service tax returns and improvement in backup files & processes
- Credit and collection control - conceptualise and implement an effective credit policy and collection process considering the nature of business and stakeholders involved
- Implementation of Financial processes, systems and controls
- Designing and institutionalizing an effective Internal Control system
Please note this requires you to be a CA first attempt only and you should have worked with a consulting firm for the first few years.
