Finance Head/Financial Controller - CA - FMCG/Online/BFSI

We are retained by a client to find a Financial Controller for them to be based in Delhi NCR. This is a very interesting opportunity to come and take charge and grow with an organization on a high growth trajectory.

The role will include complete ownership of controllership reporting to the CFO. The role will include the following:

- Month end, Quarter end and year end closing and reporting

- Balance Sheet consolidation and finalisation on bi-annual basis

- Cash flow forecasting and working capital management

- Tax compliances - Direct and Indirect. Income tax & service tax returns and improvement in backup files & processes

- Credit and collection control - conceptualise and implement an effective credit policy and collection process considering the nature of business and stakeholders involved

- Implementation of Financial processes, systems and controls

- Designing and institutionalizing an effective Internal Control system

- Set up Budgetary Control process

- You must have cleared CA in first/second attempt

- You must have worked with an established organization with a structured finance process

- Some startup or mid size company experience

You should be based in Delhi or willing to quickly move to Delhi.
