UpWord Global is a leader in HR Consulting and Training.   We have this exciting opportunity with one of the biggest manufacturing companies in fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides:   Position : Head - Finance   Report to the Group Plant Finance Head.  Mandatory: Only CA Qualified professional must apply for the role.  - Candidate must know to speake Local language Telugu.  Job Responsibilities :   - Drive Budgeting, Product Costing, Contracts and Collections.  - Drive Compliance and Reporting systems.  - Drive Taxation strategies, planning, preparing and filing IT returns.  - Support to the Board in Strategic Initiatives.  - Oversee the day to day work of the Finance Division, provide corporate leadership in Financial and Administrative management as a member of the Senior Management Group and help to set the financial strategies and objectives for the company.  - Improve the cost management and control systems and design new solutions when appropriated.  - Propose policy recommendations and suggest standard operating procedures regarding management, supervision, motivation, training, recruitment and selection for Financial Division staff.  - Set an example that will nurture a superior organizational culture, values, and reputation with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies.  - Work with internal and external auditors in auditing Income Statements and Balance Sheets and presenting those financial reports to the Group Finance Head.  - Develop Financial Management Reports and Accounting and Reporting Systems to support Board-Level and Senior Management level decision making.  - Perform such additional duties as may be directed by the Group Finance Head.   Special Requirements :  - Looking for people from working in Plant Experience.  - Demonstrates enthusiasm for the corporate vision and motivate, lead, and empower others to achieve organizational goals.  - Results oriented and highly motivated.  - Ability to formulate strategies and policies, and create new approaches.  - Ability to translate strategies into strategic and operational activities.  - Able to motivate, lead and empower others to achieved organizational goals.  - Detail oriented and familiar with financial rules and regulation of the PNG Corporation Law and related commercial laws and regulations of Papua New Guinea and International Accounting Standards.  - Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders.  Be responsible for :  - Ensure proper reconciliation of all accounts.  - Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per head office requirement.  - Proper keeping of accounts.  - Debtor and Creditors.  - Timely paying to creditors and others.  - Managing, training and assisting accounts staff.  - Managerial information & data.  - Maintain and improve accounting and MIS in current use.  - Make recommendation for appropriate changes that would improve systems.  - Maintain records and ledgers.  - Maintain and update procedure manuals.  - Maintain all journals.   - Insurance coverage.  - Ensure proper processing of accounting data.  - Monitor and control company cash flow, maintaining internal controls over cash.  - Ensure that the Trial Balance of the General Ledger is compiled every month.  - Submit list of creditors and debtors to Management on a monthly basis.  - Prepare final accounts for audit Take company through annual audit.  - Maintaining and checking fortnightly payroll and payroll accounting.  Location: Vishakhapatnam,  Incase your profile matches please do apply for the role   UpWord Global  7875077518
