Finance Director - Oil & Gas/Energy (12-18 yrs)
We have an opportunity for Finance Director with one of our client in Gurgaon.
Position: Finance Director
Key Responsibilities:
The Finance Director is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company.
He/She will be responsible for managing the entire finance and accounts operations.
Responsible for planning, operations, financial information, strategy, fund management, etc.
Key contribution in development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
Experience and Education:
CA or MBA Finance with 12 to 18 years of experience in company or division of a large corporation.
Should have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
Candidate must demonstrate knowledge of US GAAP and Revenue Recognition Policies related to project based accounting.
