About our Client: Our client is one of the renowned MNCs helping their clients in the logistics and supply chain space. In India they can be termed as a small-mid sized company and are currently looking to recruit their finance director based out of Mumbai.
Job Description:
Reporting to India Head and Regional CFO, you will be managing a team of 10+ people and would be responsible for:
- Leading the Finance and the Commercial teams in India for financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, financial accounting and risk & compliance
- Working closely across all functions to ensure optimal Asset Productivity, Utilization, Sourcing & Control of all company's Assets in India
- Directly leading the resources and managing delivery and output of the Asset Management & Control team in India
- Strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting and ensuring monthly reporting to Asia Leadership
The Successful Candidate:
- Ideally you are a CA with 15+ years of work experience with a MNC in service industry.
- You have excellent exposure to FP&A and commercial function and are very comfortable dealing with external vendors/stakeholders for service/negotiations etc.
- You have a solid background in financial accounting and other gamut of finance and are ready to take on a complete CFO/FD level role.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are looking to make the next move in your career.
