Position : Director Finance / Chief Financial Officer  Location : Gurgaon  Company : Indian Business House with interest in FMCG, Retail and Healthcare businesses.   Qualification : A qualified CA ( Batch between 1990 - 1995)  Experience : Should have over 20 years of experience with at least 5 - 6 years stint with FMCG companies.   Job Description :   As the head, the individual will be responsible for overall success of the organization by effectively managing Finance, Accounts, budgeting, Audit, Taxation and Investment Planning.  - Oversee the preparation of accurate timely statements and related analysis and reporting, both internal and external, in line with corporate requirements.   - Effective Tax Planning and utilization of surplus funds from Profits of the company, Prudent Investment Planning.  - Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures  - Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained as per organisations expectations.  - Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual closing of financials - Balance sheet, P&L, Cash Flow statements  - Consolidation of Financials of all plants, Business units, subsidiaries.  - Supporting Liasioning with banks and other financial institutions  - Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with the approved external auditor.  - Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.  - Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget & forecast.  - Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.  - Develop and implement policies and procedures as required to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure.  - Direct/Indirect Taxation, Oversee all direct & indirect tax and regulatory compliance issues.  - Handling of all important legal cases especially connected with income tax, sales tax, excise as well as getting expert opinion on various issues from time to time from senior advocates  - Prepare presentations for senior management, Create cost models, Productivity analysis and other financial metrics.
