About our Client - Our client is a worldwide operating group in technology with a history of around 40 years specializing in construction and underground markets, currently focusing on regions- EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), North America, South America and Asia/Pacific. They are now entering India and are looking to hire someone to setup and Head their Finance vertical.
Job Description - Reporting directly to the CEO in India and Global Finance Head, you will be responsible for:
- Financial reporting, treasury, tax management, forecasting and budgeting, internal control compliance.
- Setting up of processes & controls.
- Coordinating with regional offices.
- Lead and develop the country finance teams and be an active member of region leadership team
- Pre and Post Decision Support including follow up of outcome
- Formulate and implement recommendations.
- Well versed with ERP system & proficient in MS Office.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skill.
The Successful Candidate - You should be a Chartered Accountant with at least 12 years of relevant experience with multinational companies(Preferably in construction industry). Excellent command in written and spoken English is a must. You should be well versed with ERP system & proficient in MS Office. You should be able to work in a lean team.
