Finance Director - Ad Agency

We have an opening with an renowned Ad Agency for Finance Director profile.

Location: Mumbai.

Job Description:

1. Form a close working relationship with the Directors of the company.

2. Produce timely, accurate financial management information

3. Record all financial transactions

4. Manages and forecast cash flow

5. Produces profit and loss statements

6. Controls bank account

7. Provide leadership to the Board's Finance and Accounting strategy, to optimize the company's financial performance and strategic position.

8. Take overall control of the company's accounting function

9. Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.

10. Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.

11. Work with senior teams to grow the business, formulating strategies and plans.

12. Ensure corporate budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed.

13. Take ultimate responsibility for the company cash management policies.

14. Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met.

15. Corporate finance: manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposals and acquisitions, as appropriate.

16. Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties including clients, vendors and advisors.

17. Other areas of potential responsibility:company insurance, licensing, contracts and agreements, legal areas and activities.
