We have been entrusted by a Reputed Chemical Company for executive search of Head Finance and Company Secretary
The candidate will be required to manage all gamuts of Accounts, Finance ,Secretarial and Legal matters. He will head the entire Finance and Accounts function and ensure continuous improvements in processes, controls and costs. Apart from functional responsibilities he will need to provide distinguished leadership to a dynamic and efficient team. Experience in Secretarial work related matters is a must.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Design and implement financial systems and processes to ensure a robust business environment.
- Oversee and finalize quarterly / annual accounts and audit.
- Design effective compliance systems such as to strengthen internal controls / processes.
- Prepare Board Papers, Agenda Papers and help to conduct Board Meetings, Committee Meetings
- Create funding plans and strategy that follows business need and ensuring execution of these through liaison with banks and allied agencies. Ensure raising short / long term loans, as per Company's requirements.
- Ensure statutory, secretarial compliances in the areas of Finance, Accounts, Legal & Secretarial etc
The position is based in Chennai
We invite applications from seasoned finance professionals with a dual degree of CA and CS and with 9-12 years post qualification experience. Must have exposure to the entire gamut of Finance, accounts. He should have also worked as a Company Secretary in his professional career.
