About our Client - My client is an European cosmetic company with a global brand & footprint. Their continued & exponential growth is in part due to their increasingly diverse portfolio of good quality cosmetics. Being well established brand in European countries they are expanding to Asian markets with a start from India. They would initiate with 3 stores in Delhi and plan to have close to 40 stores across India in 5 years. This has led to a requirement for a Finance, Controls & Admin manager(Finance Head) for their Indian operations.

Job Description - Reporting directly to the Global Finance Director and Country Head- India, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the development, evolution, and effective implementation of the finance as a function and build the team as well.

- You will be responsible to guarantee accordance with the accounting standards and deadlines by the local tax and civil laws.

- You will draw, analyze and control the budget periodically based on the monthly forecasts in accordance wit the Headquarter policies.

- Also, daily cash flow management and financial optimization will be part of the role.

- You will be supervising auditors, administrative and tax consultants and collaborating with other functions and headquarters AFC departments.

- Besides, he will take the ownership of protection of corporate data and disseminate the company values.

The Successful Candidate - The successful candidate should be a CA with 6-10 years of relevant experience - in industries' top-tier Retail/Cosmetic firms. You cannot be just a financial officer but have to be energetic and dynamic to start and shape things in a challenging environment. You need to have a strong track record of successfully implementing finance function in Indian market pertaining to industry and laws that may apply.
