To support their aggressive growth plans, they are looking for a dynamic finance controller based out of their office in Mumbai (Andheri).  Description  Reporting to the promoter, you will be responsible for :  - Preparing & Consolidating financial statements as per Companies Act / Finalisation of Accounts  - Supervising the accounting processes and internal controls  - Supervising business units at an entity level with respect to overall financial controllership  - Coordinating with external auditors to ensure smooth execution  - Managing taxation issues - both Direct and Indirect in consultation with Group Level Taxation team  - Driving compliance to ensure 100% adherence to norms internally as well as externally  - MIS & Reporting responsibility in conjunction with dedicated resource  - Handling of investor relations Data and MIS compilation to advise on key decision making  Profile  Ideally you are a Finance professional (CA or MBA) with 6-10 years of experience . Candidates working in distribution heavy /retail/restaurant setups would be preferred. You are very hands on and can work in an environment where processes and systems are to be set and streamlined. You are strong at controllership and very thorough with finance fundamentals.
