Finance Controller - FMCG/Media/Tech - Startup

We have an opening for a Finance Controller with a Bangalore based technology and media startup.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Should have experience as a finance controller/ head in managing the finance function for the last 2 years.

- Experience in coordinating with Venture Capital firms/ fund raising will be an added advantage.

- Should have worked on budget planning, cash flow management, financial reporting, audit functions, business plan preparation, fund raising, statutory functions, creditor/debtor management processes, subsidiary creation and management, tax management

- Should have dealt with banking relationships for setting in place different financial instruments

- Should have exposure to international finance and taxation

- 10 - 12 years work experience with FMCG, Consumer, Media or technology is an advantage. Should possess excellent verbal communication, stakeholder management
