Job Description : Finance Lead

Qualifications/Requirements

Chartered Accountant

15+ years of experience leading and managing Financial responsibilities, preferably in Pharma sector

Experience in strategic planning and corporate finance

Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.

Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.

Knowledge of central and state financial regulations

Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections

Key responsibilities:

Put together an efficient financial system in place and ensure timely and accurate reporting of all financial statements.

Bring in budgeting and forecasting and overseeing capital management

Build the team for accounts and corporate finance.

Monitoring of business performance and providing inputs for optimizing use of resources.

Negotiating and finalizing commercials pertaining to different aspects of the business.

As a key member of the leadership team, contribute to the overall business strategy and work collaboratively with all elements of day-to-day operations, revenue management, strategic alliances, sales, and others.

Identify, investigate and analyze potential operational improvement and work with the ops team to make the required changes to overcome any inefficiencies
