Finance Controller - CA - Mining/Shipping

Looking for Finance Controller for one of our client in Lagos, Nigeria.

Position : Finance Controller

Location : Lagos, Nigeria

- Finance and Accounts.

- Banking, Treasury and forex management.

- Budgeting and performance analysis of company's actual v/s budgeted operation.

- MIS.

- Fund Management.

- Insurance of company's assets and manpower.

- To manage company's import activities.

- Liaising with auditor, tax consultant and company secretary.

- Reporting & liaising with tax authorities and various statutory & Govt. agencies.

- Able to successfully manage audit, taxation & secretarial matter of the company.

- Establishing & managing the company's financial performance by structuring systems with adequate controls and checks at strategic positions.

- CA with 10-15 years of experience with prior Africa experience.
