Finance Controller - CA - Manufacturing

Education Qualification - CA

- Managing overall responsibility of Finance & Accounts of a 800 Cr Plant, supported by a team of 5 reporters .

- Key partner in in all Commercial Negotiations and cost savings.

- Finalizing the accounts of the Company including Tax Audit and completing formalities relating to finalization including discussion with the Audit Manager on the audit objection raised during audit.

- ETDBW - Ensure timely processing of vendor bills and Collection of customer balances

- Ensure statutory compliance. Timely payment of taxes, duties and filling of returns as per the due dates

- Vet the Commercial aspects of large value contracts.

- Assisting the Procurement Division for procuring raw materials / contracting activities /Duty payments etc.,

- Preparation and vetting of Revenue & Capital budget.

- Handling all Vat, Excise and service tax matters along with a team of dedicated staff.

- Organizing Monthly Operational review meetings and presenting exceptional reports.

- Assisting Project team in timely completion of the capital projects to avoid time and cost overrun.

- Timely review of internal controls.

- Inventory control through procurement review and control.

- Preparation and Finalization of books of accounts of the plant and supporting Corporate in consolidation.

- Preparation and vetting of monthly reports for internal review and control.

- Responsible in co-coordinating the efforts in some important Legal issues in consultation with external lawyers and senior counsels.

- Handling Insurance and Risk coverage and claims.
