Job Responsibilities

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Revenue Recognition.

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

- Prepare and present timely monthly financial statements along with schedules as per GAAP

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and ensure monthly and quarterly statutory compliances

- Direct and manage month-end and year-end close process.

- Timely and smooth completion of Internal, Statutory and Tax Audits

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Experience/Desirable:

- Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience

- Working knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

- Experience in preparation of financial statements

- Experience in month-end/year end close process

- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and internal control principles

- Strong analytic, organizational, Communication and interpersonal skills
