JOB SPECIFICATIONS  Position : Finance Controller  Base location : New Delhi  Reporting to : Senior Finance Controller  RESPONSIBILITIES  We are intends to hire an experienced Finance professional to work in a tightly knit team along with the senior management to drive finance & accounts for the company. Following are the key highlights of this role:  - Design & implement systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial and process controls  - Design business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation  - Screen new projects and assess the financial viability of various projects, predictable cash flow and growth opportunities  - Establish cost management systems for monitoring various overheads and achieve maximum cost control  - Prepare and monitor MIS reports & cash flow statements  - Formulating annual budgets and conducting variance analysis   - Monitor inflow / outflow of funds; taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds  - Annual closing of accounts including consolidation and Finalizing the audit  - Monitor Income Tax return Filing and handling scrutiny assessment related work  - Monitor various monthly and yearly tax compliances  - Prepare detailed annual budget and cash flow projections including Capex plan   - Service Tax, Excise, Sales tax Compliance and planning and dealing with relevant tax departmental audit  - Liaise with banks, Statutory Auditors etc  Functional Requirements:  - Qualified Chartered Accountant (cleared in 1st Attempt) with 2 - 3 years post qualification experience in Ecommerce, FMCG, Retail Industry or similar industries  - Proven track record and experiences in all aspects of Finance, Accounts and Taxation  - Deftness in enhancing financial processes and systems, reviewing complex financial data to facilitate strategic financial growth of organisations  - Resourceful in handling complete planning & management activities for ensuring completion of internal, statutory & external audits within time and cost budget in adherence to pre-defined guidelines  - Should be willing to work with startup.  Soft Skills:  - Fast learner with enough experience to plan/build and execute processes and planning for long term sustainability, viability and profits  - An astute professional with comprehensive commercial acumen & strong work ethics having excellent persuasive communication and analytical skills  - A good team player with good team handling skills
