We are looking for Dynamic young Chartered Accountant with 4- 7 years of work experience in the relevant industry domain for the post of Finance controller for the client office in Gurgaon.

THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS-

Finance Controller Group for Digital Business

Reporting to- Group CFO

Background: for a 4- 7 yrs experience. CA with few years in digital / internet based companies

Location- Gurgaon

Responsibilities

PROFIT & LOSS ACCOUNTING

1. Track AOP vs actual and cause of change in each line item on monthly basis

2. Forecasting PNL on monthly basis and sharing the same with planning team

3. Diligence on all costing shared with customers including Tenders, AOR business and other proposals, commercial vetting

MIS

1. Revised Forecasts on P&L, Costs trending

2. Support for Ops Review - Business segmentation in 4 principal lines, Cost allocations and Ebitda etc.

3. Contract level margin tracking etc.

4. Admin, Tech, Payroll trending and Cause of change with reasons- as required for specified comparisons

5. Ad hoc information requirements

Receivables

6. Review of orders for Digital Marketing from a close line of sight. Over all Product and service level margin for Mobile and entertainment businesses as a month end task.

7. Balance confirmation for all Debtors- Review of reconciliations with Service provider and chase sales team for recoveries for Digital Marketing, Mobile & Entertainment businesses.

8. Sending outstanding update and assisting business in collection of same. Follow up with sales team at minimum weekly intervals to check status and progress.

Payables-

1. Ensuring credit terms agreed with all vendors for payments

2. Executing timely payment with payment advice enabled through SAP

Regulatory & Governance-

1. Filling up the regulatory checklist every month for areas on Finance and co-ordinate with other stakeholders to ensure they are completing their area also.

2. Compliance of monthly TDS, Service Tax (including Maximization of VAT), timely filing of returns.

3. Quarterly statutory audit with Ind AS compliance

4. Internal & Stat audit

5. SSC approvals and on line banking approvals.

Miscellaneous-

1. Support for Digital media Holding - in terms of all media Hack Investments, Funding needs and all regulatory and Compliance requirements.

2. Support in De mergers

3. Support during ESI audits
