About our Client - Our client is a leading retail company with a Turnover of 500 Crores, and growing at 35% Y-O-Y. With leading products under their portfolio, they are now looking to expand their finance team.

Job Description - Reporting to the CFO, your key responsibilities will include :

- Monthly reporting, compliance to Indian GAAP and getting the company ready to embrace Indian accounting standards

- Liaising and fully own the relationships with External Statutory auditors (E&Y) Internal auditors

- Handling taxation matters (Including TDS, VAT, Excise, Customs etc), work with external consultants as required

- Partnering with CFO to execute initiatives as required

The Successful Candidate :

- As a successful applicant, you should be a CA & CS with 6 - 9 years of experience.

- You should have experience of working in a FMCG/Retail Setup, with exposure to managing a team.

- You should be a dynamic candidate with good inter-personal skills.
