Our client is a US MNC listed on the New York Stock Exchange. They are a market leader in crane manufacturing and have 4000+ manufacturing sites across the globe. They are now looking to hire a finance head for their India business to help take their growth story forward in India.
Job Description:
- As the Finance Controller you will report into the Asia Pacific head of finance and be responsible to Coordinate the financial activities of the Company and provide to the management timely analysis and interpretation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, variances to budgets and forecast
- Evaluate financial performance and report results to management and prepare recommendations for corrective actions as requested by Company and Group executives strategy
- Define strategy & review proposed plans and programs for the assigned departments (Controlling, Accounting, Consolidation, Treasury, Trade Finance) and provide financial forecasts and recommendations to management
- Ensure internal process and SOX compliance
The Successful Candidate:
- You are a qualified chartered accountant with 10+ years of work experience and with atleast the last 4 years in a managerial role heading the finance for an MNC within manufacturing.
- You can effectively lead the finance team of an organization and manage international stake holders.
- You are able to ensure water tight compliance and internal processes to grow a healthy finance team.
- You have excellent communication and leadership skills.
