Finance & Accounts - R2R Controller - CA/CWA/CPA (9-18 yrs)

Work Location:- Bangalore
Preferable:- Prior experience working on US customer, exposure to US GAAP
Job Specs:-
- Responsible for the accuracy of the Financial statements for a small Legal Entity as a controller
- Responsible for the close processes of the legal entity
- Responsible for Trial Balance and Balance Sheet reviews of the legal entity
- Responsible for Preparing and Reviewing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting package of the financials of the legal entity
- Working closely with the R2R controller on SOX compliance, carrying out the Audit and ensuring that the internal controls are working for the legal entity
- Responsible for the Cause of Change analysis with comments on the reasons for the changes, in depth analysis required
- Responsible for enforcing the accounting policy for the legal entity, any exception to be approved by the controller
- Working closely with the client on preparation of management rep letter for the entity
- Working closely with the Internal and External auditors on audit related queries
- Responsible for approving material items (journals and reports) for the entity
- Managing the controllership support team of few resources to ensure that the quality of deliverables is high from the delivery centre
- Train and Manage the team of controllers on latest accounting and policy updates, share the knowledge on business changes with the delivery centre accountant
- Driving controllership as a function in the delivery centre.
- Working closely with the client controllers on process related issues and being the first point of contact to address any escalations.
- Works with other engagements on initiatives pertaining to Record to Report and controllership function
- Responsible for service Delivery.
- Responsible for ensuring smooth Ramp-Up in the process
- Responsible for delivery excellence

- Strong delivery skills extensively with client focusing
