Role:
- Plan optimum staffing during the shifts
- Adhere to client defined quality norms
- Monitor quality, productivity and service levels of the team
- Provide regular & systematic feedback to team on performance
- Ensure Downward communication of important discussions with Clients and Managers
- Render support to team members to resolve difficult queries and provide coaching in improvement areas identified for team members
- Handle & record escalations appropriately
- Verify necessary skills & product knowledge for team
- Adhere to guidelines for code of conduct for self and team
- Ensure appropriate Training of the Staff on Product
- Shift – US Shift (Mandatory)
- Must have a VISA - US
Experience: 5-8 years
Education:
- B Com, BBA, BMS.
- MBA (Finance), M Com.
- CA Inter, CA.
Skills required
- Good understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
- Good analytical & data interpretation skills.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret financial statements.
- Good MS Excel & systems knowledge.
