Job Responsibilities:

- Expertise in controlling entire Accounts & Finance Control etc

Candidates must having sound knowledge of following :

- Annual closing & finalization of books of accounts under Company's Act.

- Statutory audits & tax audits

- Monthly closing of books of accounts.

- Budgeting and MIS Reporting.

- Accounts Receivables Management.

- Accounts Payable Management.

- Ensure regular timely compliance's with Statutory, Regulatory authorities (VAT, TDS, Income Tax, Service Tax etc).

- Helping in income tax assessments for the Group.

- Engaged in tax implication studies for the Group.

- Engaged in Group level financial planning.

- Ensure that Tax Audits and Tax returns are completed on timely and accurate basis.

- Ensure that all refunds from Taxation authorities are adequately followed up and obtained.

- Ensure proper and accurate accounting and reconciliation of all Tax accounts on a quarterly basis.

- Must have In-depth process knowledge TDS, Excise, Tax etc
