Company Profile Our client is a large, professionally managed, highly profitable Global MNC manufacturing organization based in USA-Leaders in their field. Our clients have a Global turnover exceeding Rs.3000 crores. Our clients are on a rapid transformation phase and hope to grow very rapidly in the next few years. They have recently started their offshore Accounting Global Shared Services centre for accounting practices. They will transfer all accounting globally to India. The Shared Services Centre will cater to US, Canada, Europe, Asia. They are currently operating from Bandra-Kurla Complex but would be looking for a bigger office in Andheri (E). Our clients seek to recruit dynamic & experienced Accounts professionals to be a key member of this centre. The position is based in Mumbai and reports to the Global Head-Accounting Delivery Centre. One & final interviews are scheduled in Mumbai early October.

Job Profile

The incumbent will be member of the core accounting team and will be responsible for transferring to India & running various accounting practices. Will regularly coordinate with CFOs & Finance / Accounts Managers based in various contries the company operates in.Would be involved in transfer of accounting practices from US /Canada / Europe to India. May have to travel overseas periodically. The job involves accounting only and not any finance functions like treasury, banking etc.

Candidate Profile

CAs with 8-15 years experience in MNC manufacturing organisations. Must have extensively worked on FICO module. Experience in working in Accounting shared services centres would be an added advantage. Preferably had international exposure. Must be willing to travel internationally.
